At Tacony, I led the proposal and rollout of our first Digital Asset Management system and implemented a new project management workflow—both of which streamlined creative operations and gave teams and retailers easier access to the tools they needed to move faster and stay on brand.

At Enterprise, I introduced metric tracking for the in-house creative team—bringing visibility to key data points like rounds of revisions, time to task, and assets per project. This allowed us to set meaningful benchmarks, identify workflow bottlenecks, and create transparency that helps guide resourcing, improve efficiency, and support smarter creative planning.
